Graham received his BA in Film from the University of British Columbia. He then received his Masters in Film Directing at the American Film Institute.
Graham wrote, directed, edited, and co-produced his first short film LOLLIPOPS, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival, played over 30 international festivals, and won several awards including a Special Jury Prize at the Huesca Film Festival in Spain, making it eligible for an Academy Award. It can be seen on such TV networks as CBC, IFC, and WNetwork.
The next short film that he wrote and directed, CODENAME:SIMON, won such awards as the Angelus Film Award, screened in the Windrider Forum at the Sundance Film Festival, and was accepted to over 30 international festivals worldwide. It is available on iTunes. The feature script for this short was featured on Hollywood’s coveted ‘Black List’, a list of all the industry’s favorite unproduced scripts.
Soon after, Graham was featured in Esquire Magazine in the Celluloid Style Film Competition. He wrote a feature adaptation of the comic book ‘Courtney Crumrin and the Night Things’ for 20th Century Fox, New Regency Pictures, and Fox 2000, with Stan Winston Productions doing the special effects.
Graham recently completed his feature film debut as a writer/director with Turquoise, a found footage thriller, and produced and second unit directed the Amazon Studios test movie feature film ‘The Nevsky Prospect’.
