greasy glass

from a very young age i have always been mesmerized by glass. when i was 13 i made my first glass art. i was immediately hypnotized and put into an orgasmic trance that has lasted 15 years with many colorful climaxes. i bought a diesel vw after high school and converted it to veggie oil (hence the name\"greasy glass\") i began going to music festivals where i met my teacher, Jason Howard. i put everything i had into learning how to blow glass and took lessons from Jason and he even sold me a used torch. i started blowing glass at home, and other artists studios, then at festivals, and have even had several of my own studios. i love to teach and share the love of the glass with everyone i meet. i often collaborate with other artists and sometimes mix medias such as wire wrapping or sandblasting the glass. i enjoy making functional and curiously controversial art.
