Visual Art – Washington, D.C.

I grew up in Virginia and spent most of my childhood experimenting with different art forms and performance art. I attended summer classes at the Torpedo factory and the Northern Virginia Institute for the Arts (IFTA). I enrolled at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2008 as a sculpture major and later switched to the social sciences, graduating with a B.S. in Sociology and a minor in Psychology in 2012. While I may have shifted my focus in my studies, creation has remained one of my most fulfilling fascinations. I moved to Washington, D.C. and currently work as a receptionist at a veterinary clinic.
