The closer you look, the more you realize that each and every thing we do and see is recycled. Each symbol, material, design. I have a passion for ancient mythology and alchemy and I try to combine that with the natural gifts of the earth. With HELIOS I attempt to design wearable, contemporary pieces that also hint to the mythological history and meaning within each material and shape. I handcraft each piece by taking a natural object and complementing it with unique plating textures and patinas in order to enhance it\'s characteristics.
