Visual Art – Milwaukee
I have always been interested in art since I was a kid. I won my first art competition when I was five and ever since I continued to draw and explore new mediums. I now work with oils, acrylics, charcoal, chalk, pencil, color pencils, markers, airbrush, spray paint, tape, screen print, and watercolors. Art has helped me throughout my life in multiple occasions and it has pushed me to strive for more. I began producing and focusing more on art my junior year of high school and decided to go for more. My senior year I traveled to New York where I was given the opportunity to paint a mural with my older brother, on a well-known building called 5pointz. The trip then motivated me in producing more and working on having my own gallery which I did two months later. I was given the opportunity to display my art work in downtown Milwaukee, which was a success and it lead to a new movement. I became more involved in the city and began to create events throughout the city for artist 21 and under to display. This included bands, photography, film, spoken word, etc. Now I\'m working on starting my own Milwaukee t-shirt business for all those who are proud Milwaukeeans.
I am the product of an amazing city: Milwaukee.
