Illustrator, photographer, and all around creative fiend. I embrace all form of artistic expression, and try to experiment with everything I can.
Growing up I always knew I wanted to be an artist. My family was full of artists; it just seemed right. I was a doodler, still am. I would draw on everything: paper, book covers, tables, walls, even myself. It was like a compulsion. I HAD to draw all the time. Even now as a professional artist, I never stop doodling. It’s where my most imaginative ideas come from. I still don’t keep it just on paper, though.
As an artist I strive to inspire and enrich the world around me. Most of my inspiration comes from the natural world that surrounds my day to day life, from the Atlantic shoreline to the city squirrels in the oak tree by my studios window. My deepest passion is creating work for infants and young children; they have the most amazing perceptions on life.
