Indigo Amber Art

Visual Art – Melbourne

I am a young artist who grew up in a colourful, creative part of Australia known as Dandenong Ranges. Having always being an artistic person, I told myself I would never abandon my creativity as I entered this crazy, post-high-school world. I began creating my own designs under the name of Indigo Amber Art, where I drew colourful, vibrant designs on black paper simply because I loved how much the colours popped. Soon enough, I began selling stickers, prints, candles and greeting cards of my rainbow designs, and occasionally creating a personal piece for people who wanted commissions. Before long, I had began exhibiting in youth exhibitions and having the occasional market stall at My Aeon club in Brunswick! I am in love with Mother Nature, adventures, psychology, good books, hiking up mountains, the big blue ocean and fantasy worlds. I am a girl that values acts of kindness, glimpses of casual magic and believes we can all live a creative, adventurous life. I believe a little bit of kindness can have the power to create positive change in the world, in a community, even for just one person. Though my rainbow creations are tiny, I hope I can show you the beauty of Mother Nature, embrace your creativity and bring out your inner rainbow child. I have been part of several art shows over the past few years, including the VCE Creative Showcase at Burrinja Cultural Centre in 2016, and the YouthArt exhibition at Art at Linden Gate in 2017. I also recently had a solo exhibition at Lentil as Anything in Thornbury in late 2017.
