Performing Art – Brisbane
Isla and Brianna are current full-time dance student studying a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance at QUT.
Both girls have trained in a range of styles since a young age, including ballet, contemporary, jazz, tap, acrobatics.
Amongst a range of performance experiences, Isla has previously been a performer for the A-League soccer team The Perth Glory, as well as for the West Coast Fever netball team. Isla also holds her CSTD certificate of dance teaching, and in 2015 completed her RAD certificate in ballet teaching studies. Alongside her dance training, she is completing her Xtend Barre instructor training, as well as Bachelor of Commerce.
Since 2009 Brianna has worked extensively with Australian choreographer Shaun Parker, who introduced her to the world of contemporary dance. Since 2009 she has toured professionally with Parkers work "The Yard". Having graduated school in 2012, she completed her certificate IV in dance at Ev and Bow Fulltime Dance Training Centre in Sutherland, NSW where she was provided with numerous performance opportunities including being a feature dancer at the Daft Punk Album Launch in Wee Waa, a televised commercial for The Red Shield Appeal.
