Fashion – New Orleans

I love telling stories and expressing myself and others with clothing. I love making people feel beautiful and giving them confidence. My love for fashion design is deep and because of it I know I have a lot to accomplish. My journey began at age 7. At the age of 7, I began drawing sketches of dresses. At 12, with the help of my grandmother, I began sewing. Upon entering college, I began participating in Collegiate Fashion Association fashion shows. In 2017, I then entered the Lake Charles Fashion Week Young Designer Competition and was labeled Designer of the Year. This confidence builder pushed me to enroll in the top 20 fashion design school ESMOD, in Paris, France. This 2018 I was asked to participate in a fundraiser held by the Audi Dealership to support special needs children. I was honored with the task of making a young special needs girl a dress that she got to keep and feel beautiful in. Later, I participated in New Orleans Fashion Week which was also shown on live TV.
