\"Carpe diem is my motto because in life you must
seize the day and pursue your passion.Passion is what drives my creative work.
You see it in the bright, bold colors that dominate both my figurative and abstract paintings as well as in the many thick and textured layers of paint I apply with my palette knife.
That passion is subtle when I focus on a portion of the body and create semi abstract artwork that allows the viewer to get lost in the beautiful simplicity of a bend, twist or curve.
In the more sensual pieces that I\'m best known for there is nothing subtle about it. They are a celebration of curves as I attempt to capture the allure of the female form and ultimately passion itself.\"
