Who am I? I love to make beautiful things, explore the world with vivid color, and get a little messy (Or maybe a lot!) in the process. I love to create with my hands, break rules, and make magical art. My name is Jennifer M. Ciccone, a Calgarian, born and raised, with a severe case of the creative bug.
My art is fearless, abstracted paintings of emotion, and pop culture inspired sculpture. My soul is drawn to the vividly beautiful, broken, innocent & complex at the same time. Pop culture, nature, natural form, all are favorite subjects for childlike play and hyper expressive color. Life is never boring or neutral, art should not be either.
I am self taught, and have been an active artist for over 8 years.
My goal is to inspire and spark imagination. Art is just play with purpose.
