Visual Art – San Francisco
My paintings are derived from pulling apart Euclidean geometric shapes and reworking them into symbolic designs which are primarily relevant to my Polish & Native American heritage. I use color to illuminate the 2-dimensional figures and patterns found in the intersecting circles and lines. The juxtaposition of complementary colors intentionally produces an electronically exciting vibrant effect. Each color is applied with great care and in many layers so that the colors are in their most saturated form.
