Karin Korture

I was born and raised here in Houston.I have always been an artist at heart and found the passion for my calling in the fashion world at the age of 16 getting the inspiration from the women I admire Betsey Johnson.She opened my eyes to bold bright colors,fun patterns and prints and the sexy chic any women can be. From that point forward I designed all through high school. Once graduated from High School in 2003 I went to Houston Community College where I graduated with my Fashion Design degree in 2012. The brand Karin Korture Inc. was established in 2005 and the brands created under it are Peach Me Crazy and now working on my plus size line Team Curvy. My design aesthetic is simple fun,playful,and colorful with the hint of sassy, sexy and chic. My inspirations are drawn from my favorite decades the 40\'s,50;s,70\'s and 80\'s. I am passionate about everything I do and it shows in my work. I love thinking outside the Box and I am not afraid of stepping out on faith and going for what I believe. I love that I am a fierce, upbeat and a confident designer.
