Photography – Los Angeles
Soft golden skin, salty crisp hair and the smell of coconut sunscreen... Growing up in San Clemente, California, the ocean has become one of the biggest inspirations in my work. I've become a restless experimenter with light; observing the sunlight falling on the ocean of all hours of the day, creating an infinite amount of colors reflecting off the sand and sky. I can spend all day watching the beautiful bodies tanning and the locals surf, there's always a bit of romanticism in the way they move. Although the world keeps spinning, time seems to stand still at the beach, always a retro carefree vibe. I like to think that creating a narrative for my audience to imagine is a beautiful intimate connection. My images have bold and colorful environments. Whether its my fashion, landscapes or studio portraiture that make up a series of beautiful designs, they all share the same romantic emotional connection and artistic versatility.
I recently graduated from Art Center College of Design with a BFA in Photography and Imaging last spring. Currently photographing and working with photographers Patrick Ecclesine and Andrew Southam, residing in Los Angeles, CA.
