Daniel Lasris

For 20+ years I have been professionally face & body painting. I was originally born in Tampa, FL, where most of my growing up was based around creativity and imagination. I loved to draw and paint and sculpt and craft. After high school, I went directly into the Army. During my time I was given a chance to use my skills and turn soldiers in to the wounded for training exercises, that was fun. It wasn\'t until I left the military and met my former business partner in Helen, GA where I developed my face painting skills and started doing it full time. This is when I came up with the name Katmandew Face & Body Art. I have been to many festivals, events, conventions and I had some of my work in a local Bristol, TN gallery called the Blowfish Emporium. I moved back to FL in 2016 and now reside in New Port Richey.
