Based in Richmond, VA, head designer Keondra Washington developed Ke\'Monique Couture in 2012 with designs that merged urban fashion with high fashion. Keondra, who attended Stephens College, began her love of all things fashion at age 7. She later developed her love of fashion through her art, fashion illustration was her outlet. With the support of family, friends, and other local designers, she developed Ke\'Monique Couture with hopes to further showcase her imagination. Ke\'Monique Couture specializes in custom made apparel that takes your imagination for a ride. Each garment is a work of art, each detail is a brush stroke. Turn heads and make jaws drop.
