DMV native, 26 year old rapper Kevin B. is primed for success. Being a rapper wasn’t even his first goal. Growing up in Capitol Heights, MD, Kevin B. recalls R&B being his first love. Marvin Gaye is still one of his favorite artists. After realizing he wasn’t as blessed vocally as Marvin, he fell in love wit songwriting. Growing up listening to Mc’s such as The Notorious B.I.G., Andre 3000, and T.I. Kevin B. would later transform writing songs into writing lyrics It wasn’t until a few years ago however, that Kevin B. discovered that he had what it took to step in to this rap game and things haven’t been the same ever since.
