Visual Art – Madison

Kevin is a digital artist and interactive designer. The pixel is his bitch. Since a young age he knew he would find himself racing toward a career in art. His professional endeavors in interactive graphic design kicked off in the mid 90\'s, and since then has been spewing out a plethora of creative design projects for clients of all sizes and industries including 3M, Disney, Mattel, Universal Music, American Girl, Kia Motors, Universal Music, and artists including Miles Davis and Carlos Santana. While interactive design has been his primary focus for day jobs, digital painting has always been an alternative passion. He paints a wide variety of subjects ranging from sci-fi, surreal and fantasy art to portraiture and mother nature. More recent subject matter has included a series of \"Dia de los Muertos\" (day of the dead) related imagery and another evolving series of exploring the double edge sword of technology, where there is always the possibility for it to be used for both good and bad purposes. While Photoshop and a Wacom drawing tablet have been a large part of his creative tool arsenal, Kevin has been experimenting and exploring the world of mobile digital art creation via an iPad.
