Performing Art – Winnipeg
I am a music programmer, radio personality, MC and music fanatic. I am also a scholar (M.A. in linguistics) with a wide range of interests. I\'ve worked in radio for eight years and have more than 10 years experience in promotions and hospitality.
I started my career in Winnipeg at Power 97 & CJOB. I later moved to Ottawa, where I worked for Bell media and recently returned home to Peg City to work for a small family owned media outlet; Energy 106 - I love an underdog, it\'s true.
I speak three languages (fairly) well; English, German, French as well as some Spanish. I aim to use my ability to reach people through a mass platform, to inform them about cultural, intellectual and physical activities around town.
The punk rocker in me also keeps up with grass roots activism in Winnipeg, both political and social.
