Krysta Jean Brennan is an Ottawa-based artist. She is also a writer, and much of her illustrations are based on her work. This has evolved into an artistic oeuvre called "The Silver Girl", named thus after the title of her novel, a fantasy epic about vicious cycles, innocence, want and death.
