Kyle Bottieri

I am a photographer and space artist with a passion for astronomy and the natural landscape. I studied digital and film photography at San Francisco State University where I earned my B.A. in Studio Art. I have worked in a few art galleries installing art exhibitions on campus, and curated my own exhibit ZENITH, an astronomy themed show that featured nineteen student artists in April 2013. The show was coordinated so that after viewing the gallery visitors were then directed to the SFSU Observatory and Planetarium to enrich their experiences with the night sky. I enjoy taking images of the universe in order to expand my perception, understanding, and appreciation of our world and its place among the infinite cosmos.
