Lauren A. Hathaway

Well I have been a lover of light and photography ever since my father gave me my first digital camera on Christmas, I think I was about 13 years old. That year we went to Chicago where I wondered around the streets photographing complete strangers and chasing light. When I entered high school, I got to experience black and white darkroom photography hands on. I would spend hours in the darkroom, rolling my own film, processing, developing and mounting. I like to say that the darkroom was really my first boyfriend. Now, I am finishing up my last semester at Brooks Institute of Photography. My passion and vision for design, art and photography is truly a gift that I love to share, teach and create.
