Photography has been a growing passion for Lawrence Balbuena. It started when he helped a friend with a photo shoot by taking a couple of shots and was told that he had an eye for photography. That inspired him to venture into the world of photography. He was fueled to pursue photography by the rejection from a workshop he hoped to attend to improve his skills due to his lack of experience at that time. He used that as motivation to follow his new found passion. He began to shoot weddings, landscapes, and now is focusing on beauty and fashion photography. Letting nothing stop him from carrying out what he loves to do, Lawrence now takes pictures wherever he goes and has been awarded for his natural talent. As a result, he was awarded RAW Artist Pomona 2011 Photographer of the Year. He continues to grow, learn, and delve into the different genres of photography.
