I am L. Chelsea Webb. I am a 2D and 3D artist as well as a writer. I specialize in Pre-Production on the Animation Pipeline which includes digital 2-D concept art, illustrations and story-boarding. I can also do 3-D modeling and texturing as well as sound editing and video editing. Along with the artistic, I am also a Film Director and have directed a few, very small, short films.
