Visual Art – New Orleans

My work is a celebration of life, color & movement. I often say that it is the \"Nola-Coastal Lifestyle of an Eclectic Southerner\". I work with wood, canvas, glass, up-cycled materials, tile, etc...basically anything that I can get my hands on; be that from the art store, thrift store, curbside and even the occasional dumpster! So, because of that it is hard for me to categorize myself as an artist...because my life goal as a creator is to be a \"jack of all trades but a master of none\". My creative process is truly based off of what challenges me and inspires me in the moment. As of late, I work with my beautiful & supportive clients on one of a kind commission works but am personally dabbling in strictly resin & abstract art. I feel as though I have happened upon my calling as an artist and am constantly pushing my creative envelope to take my work to the next level. That being said, I would currently consider myself an \"Epoxy Resin & Acrylic Abstract Artist\". Resin is one of the most frustrating but exciting mediums that I have ever worked with. My artwork consists of layers upon layers of resin, pigments, paints and powders to create depth & movement in a chaotically controlled way. To my knowledge I am on of (if not the only) Resin Artists in New Orleans, so I am excited to share this phase in my creative journey!
