Photography – Honolulu

ALOHA! I'm Ken G. Kosada, photographer of Lethal Lens and cinematographer for Hawaii Extreme Sports and three other TV shows. I am the product of my eccentric artist parents and grew up on an avocado farm in the Aloha State on the Big Island. The outdoors is everything to me! I spent much of my childhood time exploring under the water, digging in the dirt, and ascending the treetops. I absorbed the contrasts of everything nature provided—the colors, the textures, patterns, the smells, sounds, movement, and sensations! When I was fifteen, I was gifted my first camera. To convey my feelings for nature, I did everything I could with that camera pushing it to its extreme limits. The limitations of that camera soon came to an end in 2013 when I got the proper gear. Now I love getting the shots that I had visualized and wanted to get. I have always been known for having "the eye" and in 2008 I got my dream job doing cinematography for four television shows where I shoot people, places, and things, under water, on water, on land, and in air. I do interviews. I'm also the Main Editor and Associate Producer. To summarize, I am very PASSIONATE in whatever I do whether it is a filming, telling a story, or shooting that single image that takes patience, lighting, and knowledge to capture.
