In 2011 Steven Trosti and Tovaris Wilson saw the L.I.T.E. They joined forces and created a unique clothing label with a point of difference.
L.I.T.E. is an acronym that stands for term: “Life in the Eights”. In Dance every 8 counts is the start of a new phase of movement. L.I.T.E.’s mission is to integrate movement and dance with fashion. Fashion gives you the power to fully express your vision. L.I.T.E. unites the unexpected through our unique use of patterns, prints, colors, symbols and cuts. We are a unisex, limited edition label that comprises of a 3-range line: day, night and stage. C elebrity choreographer Tovaris Wilson has been working commercially since early 2000 and has appeared on stage, film and television worldwide. Wilson has worked with many chart-topping artists such as Britney Spears, Janet Jackson, Prince, The Pussycat Dolls, Cher and Macy Gray. As well as working on television shows “So you think you can dance” & “Americas got talent”. Steven Trosti attended the Melbourne School of Fashion in 2006 and excelling in illustration and business, Trosti soon developed a unique symbol based style that is nothing less than audacious and funky. A native Australian, Trosti earned his bachelors degree in illustration from the Northern Melbourne Institute of Tafe. Trosti has over 10 years experience in the fashion industry and has worked in Melbourne, London, Tokyo and Los Angeles.
