I grew up in St. Cloud, Minnesota which is smaller city located in the central part of the state. My playground was Golden Fields, Local Wooded Areas, Granite Quarry Swimming Holes and the Mississippi Beaver Islands. It was these natural areas that influenced my love for exploring the outdoors and it’s in the spirit of sharing these wonders that brought me into Photography. After my youngest graduated high school and move out I decided it was time for me to get back to exploring what life had to offer. With that in mind I moved to Las Vegas in 2009 and soon found that there were some many great places to explore in this area. While on my hikes and site seeing adventures I started taking pictures to share some of the wonderful views and the simple beauty of nature with friends and family. Many of them told me, “I had an eye for capturing the moment and that my photos evoke feeling!” With encouragement from them I decided to share my images with the world. My uplifting collection of images is a variety of landscapes, waterscapes, sun & moon shots and cityscapes. “I can only hope you enjoy these images as much as I have enjoyed capturing them for you!” PS: I started out capturing images with the camera on my cell phone and later upgraded to an EOS Digital Camera. Though the digital camera has elevated the resolution of the images and has the ability to bring out more detail; some of the images from my cell phone have received such high acclaim from friends and family alike I have included them in my collection. “Do you think you can pick out which ones they are?” I have branched off into a new area to help expand my horizons! I am now reviewing and photgraphing events for Rock Over Amaerica Magazine. I will also be working with the 2011 UNLV Nursing graduating class on there group photograph. We are set to shoot at the Chateau Nightclub & Gardens in the Paris Hotel & Casino on the 15th of Dec.
