Lindsay Drake

I am 25 years old. I was born in Franklin, IN, which is where I currently reside. In 2013, I graduated from Franklin College with a degree in painting. Although, my focus is mostly in oil painting, I also work with watercolor and ceramics. The goal of my work is to point out aspects of life that have been deemed unpleasant and make them appear beautiful. Through sculpting and painting, the use of soft lines, and subdued colors, my hope is that one can find beauty in the imagery, thus, giving the image new meaning other than its assigned connotations.
