[Daniel Jones] Born in Queens, NY Nov 13th, 1993.
Growing up my pops always tried to get us to play a different instrument or sit us down and play old Blues artist. My mother died when I was 6, but from what I remember she had a strong interest in music as well. My pops was an "old school" guy so I wasn't really into Hip-Hop until age 9, when he passed. As a result of confusion and fear of not knowing what's going to happen next in my life I buried my thoughts inside of any notebook I can find. Those thoughts ended up being raps that I practiced while beating on school lunch tables drawing crowds everyday. Honestly I wouldn't have taken rap serious had I not attended Central High School in Newark, NJ & met Ras Baraka (Mayor of Newark, NJ) who then held position as the principle. He started the fire after I came out victorious in a "free-for-all" style emcee showdown involving other public high schools.
