Love\'s Secret Domain

Love’s Secret Domain (L.S.D)   A frenetic nightmare, birthed in a night of drinking, morphed into the multi-layered creative project, now known as LSD, that is comprised of a mutating band of collaborationists which assembles around Josh Slavin, much as martial artists in a knife fight.    The signature name is derived from industrial music pioneer, Coil\'s third studio album of the same title.  Inspired by the technological innovations of Throbbing Gristle, the psychedelic guitar playing of Daniel Ash, and non-linear thinking of William Burroughs, along with the beat poets of the 1950s, Slavin’s lyrics simultaneously echo both sarcasm and advice columns, synched to a commanding, chaotic rhythm.   LSD in an apt rendition of it’s acronym, combines the spectacle of a stage show, with  impressive talent, in the assembly of a wall-of-sound Psychedelic, Post-Punk experience, which leaves the audience hard pressed to choose between applause, or shredding the confines of a post-modern culture, which Slavin’s work seeks to re-define. Partially derived from Vc Reporter\'s Chris o\'neal and Chris Mastrovito along with independent writer Larry Nichols.
