Performing Art – Minneapolis
I have been dancing since 2006, am a member of fusion dance troupe Afsana, and I hail from small town Minnesota. Mixing other dance styles such as salsa, modern, and funkstyle hip hop to traditional bellydance is what makes my dance flavor so unique. A lifelong artist dabbling in many mediums, I took my first bellydance class in 2006 through Banat el Kamar\'s teaching program in the Twin Cities.
She frequently performs with the The Midnight Muse Presents and The Naughty Nickel, Abbie Rhode\'s Psychedelic Spectacle, Dr. Farrago\'s Burlesque Theater, Stromboli\'s Medicine Show/The Cabaret Pandemonium Medicine Show, Minneapolis Burlesque and Social Club, Barbara Gordon\'s Lip Service, Toil and Trouble Productions, and the Feast of Fantasy at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival. Luna Rouge also spins fire poi, juggles, and teaches classes in the Twin Cities.
