After a solid training in human figure drawing, and two-dimensional design I realized I wanted to make functional art that pertained to the body instead of the wall or the screen. Since I have lived in the rural Rocky Mountains, the urban city, and experienced broad international travel, I learned how jewelry can be traveling artwork that can be designed to envelope the contrasts of rural wood versus urban metal, like the contrasting visual spaces in which I have experienced life through. Lyndsey Rieple Jewelry consists of natural materials and complimenting metals that form to create an elegant line of art jewelry and accessories.
