I paint because painting is a tool of capturing, expressing, appreciating and helping others appreciate, aspects of the world around us, from tiny fish to the grandeur of mountains. I delight in helping others delight through the making of marks on paper, whether they be in the form of flowers, herbs or veggies, capturing words of truth or recreating landscapes.
