Beauty – Seattle

I started doing makeup when I was a young girl about the age of 12. I have 4 older sisters, so as a kid I use to play in my sisters's makeup collection copying exactly what they would do. I eventually started watching youtube tutorials and basically studied all kinds of styles and replicated them to my best ability on myself. After a few years passed, I would get asked to do makeup on family, friends, and sometimes strangers. Although I believed my passion was helping the less fortunate, as I worked as a behavioral therapist for children with autism, one day I woke up and for some odd reason felt a strong need to follow my dream of being a makeup artist. So I decided instead of continuing freelance and hoping people would notice my work, I put myself out there and opened my own makeup studio at the age of 21. My purpose for makeup isn't just a talent to me, I find happiness in making other women feel beautiful.
