Malik Russell, Dancer from East Oakland, CA. Dancing for about 10 years started with Praise Dance in church then into Turf Dancing as the Hyphy Movement grew in the Bay Area. Training intensively in hip hop, contemporary, jazz, and modern began about 4 years ago. Current dancer of Culture Shock Oakland, and Bahiya Movement. Attended Skyline High School in Oakland, CA and was recently accepted and will be continuing education at AMDA in the Summer of 2018. Dancing and performing has always been an escape from reality and a life goal of his. Malik looks forward to growing in his career and training to become the artist he's dreamt to be.
