Kathryn has been in the jewelry industry for over 30 years either creating her own line or selling for others. Kathryn started making jewelry in 1973 but her private year long apprenticeship with a master platinumsmith in the early 80\'s gave her finer abilities in her craft. Kathryn founded Many Hands in 2010 which began as a jewelry arts school. She taught beginning - advanced silver and goldsmithing. Kathryn closed the school in July 2014 and is now focused on her own collections and collaborating with other jewelry artists from Many Hands. Kathryn also collaborates with Kathryn Thompson creating gorgeous copper Chandeliers and home accessories. These one-of-a-kind fixtures are all signed and numbered. Their line is called K2 (K squared).
