Marc William Bryant is a local artist native to Washington DC. Marc has been working as a professional artist since 2006. Marc was born at Howard University and raised in many parts of the city the DMV area including (Trinidad NE, Takoma NW and Hyattesville MD) he loves DC Maryland and Virginia. Marc went to Elementary school at John Greenleaf Whittier, Junior high school at Paul, and Marc Graduated from Duke Ellington School of the Arts in 2006; at Duke he was taught painting and drawing by Billy Harris and Melchus Davis taught his painting class. Marc moved to Chicago, Il to attend The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) in 2007 for painting and drawing. Recently Marc was granted a full tuition scholarship to Cooper Union School of Art in Manhattan, NY to continue his arts education. He has shown art work at LOVE Nightclub. He has done live painting demonstrations at Lamont Bishop Gallery, Liv Club, Everlasting Life Café, Warehouse Loft and other nightlife venues in DC. Recently marc worked with TOMS Shoes Company as an artist; painting custom designs on shoes. Marc wishes to fill the world with color, life and peace. Today Marc is working out of his studio in Washington DC.
