Marz The Superior gained a significant amount of buzz after his latest mix-tape release in 2012 “Rise & Downfall” featuring Production from the likes of Nick the 1da on “Velvet”. Since then he’s opened up for American recording artists Lupe Fiasco, the legendary Slum Village, Hip Hop Icon Rakim and has also shared the studio with Yassin Bey as a member of 2 Cent’s New Renaissance. Marz; along with his very talented DJ Pac Man, has delivered electrifying performances in venues such as House Of Blues New Orleans, Café Istanbul, Shaw Center for the arts in Baton Rouge, The Varsity, and Spanish moon. In 2012 Marz also has had the chance to perform in front a crowd capacity of over 700 people at yearly festival “Houmapalooza” in Houma, La.
