Matt Rosier

I am a self taught artist from Camden. In my free time I\'m either painting, listening to music or playing video games. I like to paint using either watercolour or oil. Most of my watercolour paintings are soft, cool toned portraits with finer details although I do like to play with experimental landscapes on occasion. I find using watercolour works wonderfully when I\'m trying to portray the delicate features of my usually youthful female subjects . In contrast, my oil paintings are far more vibrant with some works leaning towards impressionism. I love how diverse oil painting can be and enjoy trying new techniques and palettes.
