I\'ve always enjoyed working with my hands, making and creating things. I started sewing at a young age, which lead to a career as a Custom Upholster. After parting from upholstery, it didn\'t take long for my hands to start yearning to create. I did some sewing,painting,beading and knitting. Until finally I found my new love....Metalsmithing. Taking classes, open studio and workshops through Quench Jewelry Arts Studio, allowed me to become proficient in my Metalsmithing skills. In 2013, I was offered Bench Rental at Quench Jewelry Arts. Without a second thought I was on board. A home where I could create my jewelry designs around creative, talented Jewelry Artists. I enjoy working with Sterling Silver. I love the way Sterling naturally ages and oxidizes over time. Often I will introduce copper and/or brass with Sterling silver to add interest and style to my designs.
