Visual Art – Newcastle
I'm an artist who explores the abstract world using bold, vibrant colours and organic shapes. Creating art helps bring a sense of balance into my life. I'm an engineer by trade and love to solve problems but the abstract creativity I indulge in outside of that field allows me to tap into another part of myself. Through my artwork I feel the joy in creating something that's interesting, intriguing and beautiful, without needing it to achieve a specific function!
I mainly use acrylic inks on watercolour paper but have recently returned to painting acrylic abstracts on canvas. I approach each piece with a concept of what I'm intending to create and the colours I want to use however I love to let it all flow and evolve as it will.
