My passion for makeup began in an unconventional way. From the time I could hold a pencil, I have been unequivocally drawn to all things artistic. From painting and drawing, to acting and dance, the arts have always captivated me. I began doing musical theatre and classical ballet, which gave me strong background in theatrical makeup, preparing myself for performances. Then I found my ultimate outlet, and a way to integrate the various art forms that have been a driving force in my life. Makeup and hair! There is something magical about seeing your vision transform a person into a work of art. Whether it\'s getting a model ready for a shoot, an actress camera ready, or a bride picture perfect; I take every makeup application as an opportunity bring out the best in my client, showcase their vision, and create something beautiful. I studied the latest techniques in bridal, fashion, and special fx at Cosmix School of Makeup Artistry in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In September I was a top 3 finalist in The Makeup Show\'s live Face To Face live makeup competition. In addition to doing makeup for film, photo shoots, and private client events, I also am a freelance makeup artist for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and Christian Dior.
