Kate Kinkle

Kate Kinkle was born in Palm Springs, California. As a young girl she moved to Coeur D\'Alene, Idaho with her mother and sisters. She loved growing up in Idaho, but she always knew she wanted to move to the city. She took a lot of art classes during her school career and excelled in all of them. For the first year after graduating high school Kate attended college near her home in Coeur D\'Alene, idaho. It was there Kate realized, while job shadowing a dentist, that was something that she was not cut out for. She didn\'t want to be a part of the norm and get a \"real job\'. She had an infatuation for art and she wanted to design clothes. Excited for the oppurtunity to use her creative skills, Kate was enrolled in the Art Institute of Seattle. Less than two years later, Kate began showing her work in Fashion Shows for various charities and Seattle events. She graduated last summer with an Associates Degree in Fashion Design. A month later, she was hired at Teatro Zinzanni as a costume design intern. After that expirence she learned that her passion was in costume making. Her style is edgy and sophisticated. She spends a long time on her garments to make sure that every stitch is perfect. When she\'s not working for theater companies, she caters to the modern woman, with her unique outlook on life. She wants every piece to make women feel as special as they are.
