Visual Art – Orange County

Art has been a huge part of my life. I’m a self taught artist, majoring in architecture. Throughout middle, high school, and college l learned different techniques, mediums, styles for painting. As I got older, my skills improved. Painting has allowed me to express myself in a way that words can’t. All my work is done w/ acrylics along with spray paint and oil based markers. I also like to incorporate other elements onto my work, for example: a twig, a flower, or even a feather; reason being is that it brings my work to life, along with giving it depth and texture. I have had to overcome many things throughout my lifetime, one of which is continuing with my degree to become an architect. Even though I’m in a situation where I cannot complete that goal right now, I won’t stop until that is accomplished. Becoming an Architect will always be my dream and as I continue to pursue that goal, painting will continue to be my get away. “I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world” –Albert Einstein
