Monaghan Photography (MO/PHO)

I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. A city known for its incredible influence on music. From the early sounds of Motown and jazz, to the bass bumping birth of techno, Detroit has always been viewed as a pioneer in the world of music. My goal, like many Detroiters before me, is to make my own impact on the music scene. I plan on doing it with photographs. I love documenting music. Each live show or portrait should tell a story, spark a memory, or inspire a fellow artist. I hope my photos do that for you. I currently live and work out of Chicago.
