This whole creative adventure started as a way to self care and find a hobby that helped me let things go on a day to day basis. I work in mental health and have worked in various community sectors over the last 5 years. My Clay is something that takes me out of my head and away from my thoughts, soothing even. I can't explain how much this has helped me.
