Monique du Rock designs and manufactures an exquisite line of knitwear. We employ a unique drop stitch technique using an eco-friendly, high-quality yarn Modal, Modal is imported from Austria. We use an all natural dying process which makes our fabrics hypoallergenic. Our yarn is resistant to shrinkage, fading and is smooth and soft to the touch.
Our garments are hand loomed by our specially trained knitters in Lima, Peru; we practice fair pay with our contractors and suppliers. Because our factory uses manual knitting machines that do not require electricity we are certified green. Our knits exemplify the exquisite art of design as well as quality and femininity.
Monique du Rock\'s designs have been inspired by years experience in the clothing industry. The journey began on a knitting machine producing apparel for family and friends. From those humble beginnings designing knits has been our passion.
Our designers have worked directly with St. John Knits, Valentino, Ungaro, Christian La Croix and Yves Saint Laurent. Our styles are Classic European with subtle adaptations making them relevant and modern.
