Accessories – Milwaukee

Repurposing vintage and antique jewelry has always been something that speaks to me. As soon as I see it, I think of every possibility of what I could turn it into so that it can be worn by someone who truly appreciates its beauty as much as myself. I try to think of it as bringing life back to something that had lost it. Here\'s a little bit about me: Lived in Los Angeles til I was 13 then moved to Wisconsin and have been living here ever since. I started dabbling in jewelry in high school, but only repaired broken pieces for myself or friends. As the years went by I began to make a few things here and there and as gifts. It wasn\'t until a friend of mine saw some of my work and asked to vend at a fashion show she was putting on. I did so well that I started to vend various farmer\'s markets and street festivals in Milwaukee. After three years of vending, I made the decision to attend the Denver School of Metal Arts in Denver Colorado to pursue my dream of being a fine jeweler.
