Mowgli is a street/stencil artist from Parkville, Maryland who is currently living out in Las Vegas, NV. He had a gallery show in February titled, \'Spray Paint and Whiskey,\' and loves giving back to local art and community organizations.
He is launching a clothing brand, \'evolved attire\' at the end of this year and dreams to paint more murals around the globe.
